Refund Policy
Cabin Crew Wings offers a full money back guarantee in the event that the purchaser does not feel that the our courses/ products are a realistic and accurate representation of the actual assessment stage.
Within 14 days of the Cabin Crew course beginning attendees are not entitled to a refund, however we can move you to another course date for a small admin fee of £20. Outside of this 14 day period, refunds can be processed (minus an admin fee) or we can move you to another course free of charge.
Refunds after 24 hours of any eBook/ online course being purchased, may not get a full refund.
If you were unable to attend our Cabin Crew course and did not let us know before hand we will not be able to give you a refund.
Cabin Crew Wings will not provide a refund based on the purchaser’s performance in the actual assessment stage or if they decide not to attend part or all of the course.
If you are seen to be disrupting the course, or do not follow instructions by the Cabin Crew Wings trainers; you may be asked to leave and are will not be eligible for a refund.
In the rare event of a course being cancelled, Cabin Crew Wings will not be able to provide refunds for travel or accommodation expenses. We will however arrange to transfer all attendees to the next available course.
CabinCrewWings.com products will inform and guide the purchaser in respect of their actual assessment stage, but they do not guarantee an interview or a successful outcome.

We reserve the right to amend this policy at anytime without prior notice to you or your company unless such notification is required under UK legislation. The most up-to-date copy of this policy will always be available at our website.
