Emirates is shifting its recruitment strategy in 2024, targeting younger candidates with limited work experience to join their team of cabin crew. This change in recruitment focus means that Emirates is looking for candidates in their early to mid-twenties who are enthusiastic about embarking on an exciting life and career that involves travelling the world whilst delivering exceptional service to passengers. There is still no official upper age limit to apply for cabin crew positions at Emirates and they are still hiring across a broader age range, but the airline is clear that their primary focus in 2024 will be on hiring candidates with less experience.
