We are looking for freelance trainers to join our growing team.
We need someone with both Cabin Crew and HR / training background. You’ll need to understand all the key aspects of Cabin Crew training, including SEP, Aviation First Aid, drills, routines and customer service. Also required is a knowledge of the role of competencies in organisational strategy and to have an up to date knowledge of latest selection methods including competency based interviewing and assessment centres.
You need to be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, communicate in an informative and engaging way, fun, responsive to the needs of the attendees and helpful/ friendly in your approach. Our courses are hugely popular and inspirational, so we are looking for people who can continue to meet this and provide a fantastic experience for our customers.
The training will be based all over the UK so course dates will vary depending on your location.

Would you be free occasional weekends to support our trainers to run our fabulous ‘Get a Cabin Crew Job’ course?
You don’t need any training experience (although it will give you great experience if you’d like to expand your career in the future). Our qualified trainers will run the course, but we need friendly, helpful, articulate and outgoing crew to help us facilitate exercises, take photos, support our attendees and be generally enthusiastic and inspirational!
