Fancy something new to listen to? Podcasts are huge at the minute, and convenient for downloading to listen to during your commute, or when you’re hitting the gym or even just enjoying some downtime!
Although there aren’t too many current Cabin Crew podcasts at the moment there are some that are well worth a listen, and also some older podcasts with great archived episodes!

Confessions on the Fly
This hilarious podcast by LJ Salerno and Flight Attendant Joe brings you tales from beyond the galley curtain and discusses issues in the cabin crew and aviation world – be warned it’s not for the easily offended!
Flight Attendant Joe is also known for his blog and series of books sharing his experiences as crew. His podcast partner in crime LJ Salerno was a flight attendant and is now a successful actress and writer.
Airplane Geeks
Indulge your passion for aviation with this informative podcast. This weekly series first published in 2008, aims to to “educate and inform you, explore and expand your passion for aviation, and entertain you a little along the way.” The podcast covers all areas of aviation (frequently with a prominent industry guest in attendance!).
Episodes cover things such as the week’s aviation news and events, a guest speaker, aviation history, reports and interviews, and feedback from the Airplane Geeks community.
Betty in the Sky with a Suitcase
The Betty in the Sky podcast shares funny stories from pilots, flight controllers, ground crew, passengers, and fellow crew.
Betty is crew for a major American airline and has been flying for over 20 years. She started the podcast in 2006, and likens it to “an old fashioned radio show, giving listeners an insiders view of life in the air”. She’s also a successful author, with works including a book version of her early podcast tales!

This lighthearted and fun podcast gives listeners an insight into cabin crew life, and although new episodes haven’t been uploaded for quite some time, the comprehensive back-catalogue is definitely worth a listen!
Real life tales and advice cover every aspect of crew life, including training and on the job issues – and the advice is as relevant now as it was then!
